International Latino Book Awards

The awards ceremony was hosted at Cal State Dominguez Hills on September 8. Check out the list of winners for a large list of books by Latinos that were published last year. There’s everything from children’s to fiction to nonfiction to poetry. You’re sure to find some great books to celebrate the upcoming Hispanic Heritage Month with.

I’m pleased to say that Latina Authors and Their Muses edited by Mayra Calvani, which I was interviewed in, won First Place for Best Latino Focused Nonfiction Book!
